· B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering (with emphasis in transportation) required.
· Candidate is expected to have E.I. registration with the state of Florida.
· 0-3 years experience; previous internship desired.
Individual will be expose working with, not only the traffic safety group, but also the roadway and TSM&O groups. With our traffic/safety group, individual will be involved with all aspects of producingand engineering study, including data collection, field work, engineering analysis, LOS analysis, crash analysis, development of existing & proposed site conditions and report write-up. With our roadway group, individual will be involved with the development of existing and proposed site conditions entailing highway engineering including preliminary roadway/signal design, utility impact identification, consideration for maintenance and protection of traffic schemes. With our TSM&O group, individual will be involved by coordinating traffic signal engineering analysis. The candidate will be involved in the coordination, communication and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, governmental agencies and other firms to successfully complete each project.
